WEBINAR LEADERSHIP “How to Branding Yourself and Build Public Speaking to Lead a Better Future”
Solo, Monday (22/08/2022) The Indonusa Polytechnic of Surakarta Information System D3 Study Program held a Leadership Webinar with the theme “How to Branding Yourself and Build Public Speaking to Lead a Better Future”. The webinar was held online via zoom, which took place at 09.00 – 11.25 WIB, and was attended by 54 participants of the Information Systems D3 Study Program.
The webinar activity was opened with remarks by Mr. Canggih Ajika Pamungkas, M.Kom as the Head of Information Systems Study Program at the Indonusa Polytechnic of Surakarta , followed by the presentation of the first material by the resource person, Mrs. Norma Puspitasari, M.Pd who also acts as Secretary of Information Systems. It was continued by delivering the second material by the resource person, Mrs. Sara Neyrhiza as the Founder of Speaking.id
This webinar was held as a form of efforts to provide supplies to students about leadership. Leadership itself has become a compulsory subject for all study programs in universities, including the Indonusa Polytechnic of Surakarta. Quoted from the Ministry of Finance website portal, leadership is about influencing other people, subordinates or followers to want to achieve the goals the leader wants.
Through the holding of this webinar, it is hoped that it can improve public speaking skills and build personal branding for future leaders, especially for students of the Indonusa Polytechnic of Surakarta Information System Study Program.
