D3 Hospitality Student Successfully Wins 2nd Place in the Nutrifest Competition

Surakarta – 3rd semester D3 Hospitality student Charisma Tiara won 2nd place in the Nutrifest Competition, an annual event held by Diponegoro University in commemoration of the Diponegoro University Nutrition Study Program’s anniversary, with the theme “Optimizing Nutrition, Food, and Health Sector to Prevent Chronic Disease during Covid-19 Pandemic”. In this competition, Charisma Tiara prepares a dish with the name “Garang Asem Leaves Moringa with Patin Fish.

“Why did I apply for Garang Asem for Nutrifest competition? The reason is, I want to introduce the Garang Asem menu with a new style and also because the Garang Asem ingredients have benefits to increase endurance, then I combine it with Moringa Leaf and Patin Fish, “explained Charisma Tiara.

“In addition to reintroducing Moringa leaves among the public, it is known that recently poor immunity is closely associated with the risk of being infected with the Corona virus. So consuming Moringa leaves is one way to keep the body’s immunity strong, “explained Charisma Tiara.

Charisma Tiara as hospitality student, also invites fellow students to continue to be enthusiastic about learning, innovating and being creative with their skills, giving them the enthusiasm to make achievements at their beloved campus.
