Indonusa Polytechnic Collaborating with Drug Trainers to Support Local UMKM

Collaborating with artists, YouTubers or content creators in promoting business products is common in today’s internet era. The first time, Indonusa Polytechnic together with one of the UMKM fostered partners in Mancasan Baki, Sukoharjo collaborated with the anti-drug extension team P4GN Sukoharjo Danar and The Blangkon as an endorsement of the guitar products produced (03/12). Anditha Sari, one of the members of the community service implementation team explained, that Danar & The Blangkon’s selection saw the drug counseling technique applied interestingly in the form of singing with a guitar musical instrument. This is in accordance with the types of products produced by the fostered partners. Personnel from the team have music backgrounds and YouTube content from Danar and The Blangkon, start from social activities, culinary delights and local products.

Agus Widanarko or known as danar welcomed this invitation as a role in supporting local UMKM products. A form of appreciation from Danar and The Blangkon’s will be to upload outreach activities using partner products via YouTube and other social media accounts. Second year partner assistance with the support of the Ministry of Research and Technology-BRIN, chaired by Wahyu Tri Hastiningsih, is currently focusing on promoting and enhancing the UMKM brand in the community. The implementation of this step is expected to be able to increase the UMKM brand of fostered partners in particular and the foreign guitar area in general.
