Indonusa Polytechnic Holds Product Innovation Exhibition

Surakarta – Polytechnic Indonusa Surakarta as one of the vocational colleges held a virtual INDONUSA INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY EXPO. The activity which was carried out for three days (15-17/06) had two agendas, namely a competition for product innovation of students and lecturers from various international universities and the UMKM festival. The product innovation competition is conducted through video evaluations and product posters as well as presentations in front of the jury. The competition was attended by participants from the University Malaysia of Computer Science & Engineering (UNIMY), Oriental Timor Lorosa’e University, Jakarta State University, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, Duta Bangsa University, and the Mandala Bhakti Surakarta Tourism Academy.

The chairman of the committee, Anditha Sari, said that this innovation was considered important to increase the creativity and achievements of students in the midst of the pandemic. Innovation products produced in the fields of pharmacy, health, information, communication and technology (ICT) as well as the world of food and culinary. The MSME Festival was also held as a form of academic concern for innovative products that have been produced by MSMEs.
