PKKMB Day 2

Polytechnic Indonusa of Surakarta, held the 2nd day of PKKMB (introduction to campus life for new students) online which was attended by all new students on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, The event began with the PKKMB opening ceremony and was continued with the first material delivered by Korem 074 Warastratama Surakarta, represented by Colonel Infantry Rano Tilaar SE as the Commander of Korem 074 he delivered material on National Insights and State Defense, he also advised students to be aware of Radical groups, followed by deliveries related to Campus Library Services, including How to Access Libraries Online and procedures for borrowing books in the library.

To avoid the participants’ boredom, they were given an “ice breaking” interlude, namely quiz with prizes and acoustics with Lasandia Greyzan, a student of Indonusa Polytechnic, after which the participants were again given material from BP Singkirno, S.Pd from BPBD (Regional Disaster Management Agency) Surakarta who delivered material on Environmental Awareness and Disaster Preparedness that might occur in each area, followed by the delivery of the Campus Academic Service System, including the introduction of BAAK staff (Academic Administration and Student Affairs Bureau) and their activities and duties.
