PKKMB (Introduction to Campus Life for New Students) on the first day

Polytechnic Indonusa of Surakarta, held an online PKKMB (introduction to campus life for new students) which was attended by all new students on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. The event began with the opening ceremony and was continued with the first material delivered by Dr. Beny Bandanandjaya S.T., MT, he delivered material related to the meaning of vocational education and human resource development, he also advised that students from vocational campuses are graduates who are ready to work. Next, followed by the delivery of the second material by Dr. Misbah Fikrianto MM, M.Si, who delivered material about how to achieve achievements in the national arena with vocational colleges, he also appreciated the activeness of the Polytechnic Indonusa during the PKM (student creativity program) event.

Then, to avoid the participants’ boredom, they was given an interlude “ice breaking”, namely a catwalk regarding the uniforms and attributes they would wear while studying at the Indonusa Polytechnic of Surakarta, after which the participants were again given material presented by Deputy Director 1 for Academic Affairs at Indonusa Polytechnic Surakarta Edy Susena M.Kom, he provided material related to how education in era of industrial revolution 4.0, he also advised students to be enthusiastic and be able to become competitive students in order to compete with other campuses.
