Introduction of Information and Payment Systems “Pre-college activities of new students”
Surakarta – Thursday (19/08/2021) Pre-college activities of the new Student Polytechnic Surakarta, namely the introduction of existing information systems such as online payment systems and lecture systems (online learning) on campus online through the media zoom meeting and live streaming Youtube Started at 09.00 WIB until 12.00 WIB.
The introduction of the online payment system was delivered by Wadir II in the academic field of Mrs. Anista Yulia R, S.Kom, MM, he explained in detail about what fees must be paid by students during college at the Surakarta Indonusa Polytechnic. Then continued by Bintang Maria, A.md as the Financial General Administration Agency regarding the online payment system that students will use in processing college payments.
Then it was continued with the introduction of a lecture system in the campus (online learning) delivered by Frestiany Regina Putri, S.Kom from the Information Technology Unit. E-Learning and Classroom are one of the online learning systems used at the Surakarta Indonusa Polytechnic before even when the existence of Pandemic COVID-19. Later in teaching and learning activities students will be given access rights to carry out online lectures through eLearning and Classroom. Next, the introduction of siakad – online, or an academic information system – online which is an academic information system built to provide convenience to users in campus academic administration activities online, such as making a lecture schedule, charging study plan cards (KRS), charging values, Management of lecturers & student data. SIACAD is used for card input Study Plan (KRS), Print KRS, view study cards (KHS), print value transcripts. Students can access the SIAKAD system at https://siakadv2.poltekindonusa.ac.id/
