The Seminar of the Indonusa Polytechnic 19th Anniversary
Surakarta – On August 2, 2021 Indonusa Surakarta Polytechnic entered its 19th year. This year’s Dies Natalis Indonusa Polytechnic With the theme “19 Years of Optimistic Steps Towards a Globally Competitive University”, of course there are extraordinary prayers and hopes for the Indonusa Surakarta Polytechnic campus. The series of Dies Natalis activities have been carried out smoothly, from Khataman Al-Qur’an and Online Grand Recitation, Speech Competition, then the highlight of the event is the Scientific Seminar.
The scientific seminar for the peak of the dies natalis was held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 online through the media zoom meeting and live streaming youtube, the event was opened at 09.00 WIB until 12.00 WIB which was attended by more than 500 zoom participants and youtube viewers from students, staff, lecturers , and alumni.
The scientific seminar presented 3 extraordinary speakers, namely Prof. Dr. DYP. Sugiharto, M.Pd. Kons he is a professor at the State University of Semarang, Wachid Yahya, M.Pd and Apt. Umi Nafisah, M.M., M.Sc as a lecturer at the Indonusa Surakarta Polytechnic.
The scientific seminar was opened with remarks from Mrs. Ir. Suci Purwandari as the Director of the Polytechnic Indonusa Surakarta and Dr. H. Singgih Purnomo, M.M as the leader of the Indonesia Building Surakarta Foundation, then continued with material from the three speakers.
Prof. Dr. DYP. Sugiharto, M.Pd.Kons, in his seminar material was very motivating and greatly increased the enthusiasm for the academic community of the Indonusa Surakarta Polytechnic to continue to learn in all things and want to develop so as not to be left behind and extinct by the progress of the times.
From the theme raised on this year’s 19th anniversary, the hope is that Politenik Indonusa Surakarta can become a university that is able to compete on the international or global stage, which produces graduates who are also able to compete in the industrial world.
